I began my career in the financial services industry in 2003 with Equitable Advisors. I received a degree in Economics from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana and hold certifications as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Certified Estate Planner®, and Registered Employee Benefits Consultant® by completing extensive coursework and ethics requirements. Additionally, I hold a FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, & 65 Securities License and a State Life and Health License. I continue to advance my industry knowledge by working with organizations such as the the National Association of Health Underwriters, the Financial Planning Association, and I am a qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table.
I stay involved in the community through my work with organizations such as Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., The Memorial Scholarship Fund, and Jr. Achievement. I also serve as a mentor and motivational speaker to many K-12th grade students. My goal is financial education from the start.
